Facebook’s Killer Apps

Yes, Facebook may just be another social networking site among the hundreds of others. You can even say that it has copied the concepts of Friendster and MySpace. However, Facebook is obviously now a leader in the social networking sphere because of the multitude of applications that extend its functionality.
With all the apps, you can actually play around, rather than look for friends online!
For instance, games and quizzes have been integrated with Facebook. Many users are getting hooked! What’s best is that these were not developed in-house, but rather independently by third-party developers. This ease of integration, and public-access to development has become profitable for Facebook. This is something that other social networkers have not considered.
