Gadgets Every Blogger Needs

Sure blogs are an online medium, and can be accessed from just about any web browser. But to produce content, you need good tools. You don’t just need a browser, but successful blogging entails the right use of the right tools.
For one, a portable computer would be helpful. Having a laptop (or an ultraportable, perhaps?) lets you surf just about anywhere there’s a WiFi hotspot. That way, you won’t have to wait until you get home to blog.
You should also have a small digital camera. I know a handful of people who own digital SLRs, but they usually reserve this for the important stuff. for day to day use, a digicam would come in handy. You can just whip it out of your bag, and you can take snapshots of things you can blog about.
Some would suggest you get a digital voice recorder. This is for those cases when writing or typing something is difficult or impossible. For instance, when you’re on the street, on the bus, driving, on the train, or simply mobile, you can just dictate blog ideas onto your voice recorder. These are good for interviews, too!
